Detailed Description Access control system – Electronic passenger access systems

The object of the acquisition is the conclusion of a sectoral contract for the supply of "Electronic Passenger Access Systems". The description of the products is available in the Tender Specifications section of this award documentation. Deadline for requesting clarifications to the Award Documentation: 14 days before the deadline for submitting bids, requests for clarifications will be submitted to S.E.A.P. The contracting entity has set two deadlines within which it will respond to all requests for clarification as follows: the first deadline is on the 22nd day before the deadline set for submitting bids; The second deadline is on the 11th day before the deadline set for submitting bids. The two deadlines for responding to clarifications do not affect the right of economic operators to send requests for clarifications during the entire period that elapses from the moment of publication of the Contract Notice and until the deadline 14 days before the deadline for submitting bids set by the Contracting Entity. Depending on the complexity of the requests for clarification addressed by the economic operators, for which the answers should be published by the first deadline indicated above, the Contracting Entity reserved the right to publish the answers to the clarifications, respectively at the second deadline established in the Award Documentation.
