Detailed Description	Access Control Acquisition and Maintenance Description: Operation and maintenance in operational condition: Ensure the availability, maintenance, operation and sustainability of the physical infrastructures of the access control system In order to better meet its needs in terms of security, flow management and protection of its teaching and research activities, the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 has gradually acquired a centralised access control system allowing access management to buildings, sensitive premises and associated infrastructures. Initially deployed in 2008 around the SIPASS solution, this system has developed over the years, in an empirical and scattered manner, to support changes in the real estate portfolio, the increase in the number of users as well as the specific needs of the institution's components, laboratories and services. Access control is now an essential tool in the daily functioning of the University. It participates in the security of people and property, the protection of research activities, the management of access to sensitive premises as well as the control of flows on the entire real estate portfolio.
