Detailed Description Access control system – Construction and implementation of an access control system and attendance records for OHP youth with the use of reels and identification readers in dormitories and canteens

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of the Access Control System (SKD) and Meal Counting in 45 organizational units of the Ordering Party throughout the country specified in Appendix No. 1 to the OZP. The scope of the order includes, in particular: a) Delivery and installation of 60 pieces of turnstiles (turnstiles) with Anti-Panic mechanism and fences. b) Delivery and installation of 61 pieces of two-way tilt gates with fences. c) Delivery and installation of 45 canteen readers intended for the records of meals served to OHP youth. d) Delivery of 500 proximity cards fully compatible with the supplied readers. e) Execution of dedicated electrical and teletechnical installations and installation of supporting structures (estimated distances of gates from connection points are indicated in Appendix 1 to the OZP) f) Hardware and logical integration with existing Fire Alarm Systems (SSP) in facilities where such a system operates g) Implementation of central software in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model operating in the High Availability (HA) architecture with the provision of a dedicated mobile application (iOS/Android) for a period of 36 months counted from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol. h) Conducting two functional tests and training of personnel (up to 10 people) in each of the 45 Locations. i) Preparation of as-built documentation.
