Detailed Description	Delivery of prepaid cards for participants of activities carried out by the Institute for Educational Research – National Research Institute The subject of the order is the delivery of prepaid cards that are not vouchers, together with services related to their operation, in particular activation, card management, ticket handling, card blocking, complaints and reporting, on the terms specified in the SWZ and OPZ (hereinafter: "cards") with nominal values and quantities specified by the Ordering Party, intended for participants in activities carried out by the Institute for Educational Research – State Research Institute, in particular educational institutions and people involved in research, pilots or dissemination activities. The cards will be used as a form of gratification for educational institutions, other people involved in research, pilots or other project activities.
