Detailed Description Garment Dispensing System - RFID-Chipped / Chip Card or Transponder based

The demand is for the delivery and implementation of an automated clothing distribution system in the form of a combination of a room solution and decentralized cabinet solutions for medical facilities.

Description: The demand is for the delivery and implementation of an automated clothing distribution system in the form of a combination of a room solution and decentralized cabinet solutions for medical facilities. The room system must consist of a closed lock system for entry and exit, which enables controlled removal and return of RFID-chipped clothing. Identification is carried out via chip card or transponder, supplemented by an information terminal to display user information and credit status of a user. The airlocks must ensure an RFID reading accuracy of at least 97% (output) or 99% (input) and must be able to be opened manually in an emergency. The cabinet system consists of a control module and connected cabinets with reading accuracies of at least 97%. Identification is carried out in the same way as in the room solution via chip card or transponder on the control module. Closed take-back modules are provided for the return of dirty laundry, which works without user identification and causes an automatic, simultaneous discharge of the user account. The capacity of the return is at least 200 parts, with a fill level indicator and automatic notification when the maximum limit is reached. The specification of the RFID used can be found in the appendix to the performance description "Datamars_UHF_T_FT401". The technical properties and performance characteristics of this plant must be taken into account and fulfilled in the award procedure. The contractor is responsible for project planning, installation, commissioning and support of the start-up phase. The scope of services includes rollable shelving systems for the room solution for sorting up to 16,000 garments, including variable shelves, compartment dividers and labelling. In coordination with the client, the contractor will take over the professional dismantling and removal of the clothing distribution system to be replaced (overhead conveyors) in stages, including disposal/recycling. Proof of use shall be submitted to the client upon request. The management software must be provided as SaaS and must be able to manage an unlimited number of users and articles. It is intended to log all relevant processes such as removal, return, filling and emptying, enable extensive evaluations and offer interfaces to the laundry service provider. The data exchange must take place regularly (at least weekly). Temporary quota adjustments, blocking of individual users and the display of individual information at the terminal are also necessary. The installation is expected to take place in the 1st quarter of 2027. The more detailed details of the specific procurement project can be found in the tender documents, in particular the performance description (Contract Annex 2). The funds for the procurement are made available through lump-sum subsidies. The contracting authority is the recipient of plump subsidies and is therefore obliged to comply with public procurement law by the subsidy notice.
