Detailed Description Gift Cards Digital and Physical

The gift cards are intended to be used as gifts to Värnamo municipality's employees and elected representatives. The procurement is divided into two sub-areas and concerns gift cards in physical and digital form. Värnamo municipality intends to sign a framework agreement per part with a supplier within each part. In 2025, Värnamo municipality purchased physical gift cards worth approximately SEK 1,080,000 and digital gift cards worth approximately SEK 135,000. The estimated contract value for this agreement is approximately SEK 4.8 million for physical gift cards and approximately SEK 1.2 million for digital gift cards. Maximum volume of the procurement in SEK per lot: • Part 1 – Physical gift cards SEK 6,000,000 • Part 2 – Digital gift cards SEK 2,000,000 The order volumes will vary during the contract period and cannot be guaranteed. The largest orders are expected to be placed before Christmas, but the volume may vary from year to year as each manager decides whether employees should be offered gift cards or other Christmas gifts. Värnamo municipality reserves the right to carry out separate procurements of other types of gifts during the agreement period. ESPD It is stated when you submit the tender in e-Avrop that you as a tenderer can choose to tick the box for/out of the ESPD form. It is an option and not a requirement to attach the ESPD.
