Description: The subject of the public procurement includes the production and delivery of hologram stickers under separate positions, in the part under Lot 2 "Production and delivery of a set "Sign and sticker for initial technical inspection of vehicles" - 2 000 000 pcs. holographic stickers and 2 000 000 pcs. sign with the corresponding hologram props.On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with Art. 7 of the Land Acquisition Act, Lot No. 1 with subject: "Production and delivery of hologram stickers for the service cards of the employees of the Ministry of Interior" - 60 000 pcs., will be assigned by direct assignment, in accordance with Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, according to its estimated value of EUR 75,180.00 excluding VAT. The value of Lot 1 does not exceed the value of EUR 79,998.77 excluding VAT and 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the contract, which is EUR 5,995,180.00 excluding VAT. According to a provision of Art. 7, para. 1 of the RIPPA, the residual value of the contract is EUR 5,920,000.00 excluding VAT. In pursuance of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, regardless of the amount of the residual value of the contract, it shall be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable to the total estimated value of the entire contract.In this public procurement, an offer is submitted ONLY under Lot No. 2 "Production and delivery of a set "Sign and sticker for initial technical inspection of vehicles".Lot No. 1 will be awarded in accordance with Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act.
