Detailed Description Oulun Tuotantokeittiö Oy, Lööki - label stickers and ribbons

This is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but an invitation to market dialogue. It is not possible to submit a bid for this request for information. Oulun Tuotantokeittiö Oy organizes a market dialogue and discussion event open to all on the procurement of label stickers and ribbons for food packaging. The purchase does not include equipment. This notice does not oblige the contracting entities to carry out the actual procurement, and the contracting entity does not commit to making procurements in accordance with this notice. The decision to launch a competitive bidding process will be made after a preliminary study and a market survey. The information provided on the procurement or procurement procedure is not binding on the contracting entities in any subsequent procurement procedure. The final content will be specified in the final call for tenders, which may be published later. MARKET DIALOGUE The market dialogue event will be held on 6.-7.10.2026. via Teams, and time is reserved for 45 minutes / dialogue with one reporter. The market dialogue will be conducted in Finnish. The market dialogue event presents the purpose and objectives of the upcoming procurement as well as the procurement process in general and its schedule (non-binding). The preliminary schedule for the new agreement is from 1 February 2027. The purpose of the market dialogue/request for information is to inform the market about the upcoming tendering, to map the market situation, to enable comments on the upcoming procurement and to obtain information about the procurement so that the actual tendering process can be carried out in the most appropriate way possible. The request for information does not oblige Oulun Tuotantokeittiö Oy to carry out the procurement in the manner described in the request for information. Oulun Tuotantokeittiö Oy may not carry out the tendering process at all. Oulun Tuotantokeittiö Oy is not obligated to take into account the responses received to the request for information in the preparation of the invitation to tender. Responding to the request for information does not oblige the supplier to participate in the tendering process, nor is it a prerequisite for participating in the actual tendering process later. Failure to respond to a request for information does not prevent participation in a possible competitive tendering process, and responding to a request for information does not affect the tenderer's position in the actual tendering process. The information collected through this request will remain completely confidential and will only be used for the development and planning of the procurement. No compensation will be paid to those who have responded to the request for information and/or participated in the market dialogue, and Oulun Tuotantokeittiö Oy will not reimburse the costs of responding to the request for information.
