Quantity to be procured for the entire contract period, 24 months: Part 1: 696,000 A/M labels Part 2: 2,480,000 T code labels Part 3: 3,024,000 A/K code labels Part 4: 738,000 S 4/0 label sets Part 5: 720,000 S 6/0 label sets (large) Part 6: 960,000 S 16/12 label sets Part 7: 984,000 sets of labels with S 6/0 code (small) Part 8: 20,000 sets of labels with S 1/0 codes Part 9: 50,000 labels with sample marking Lot 10: 144,000 self-adhesive indicator labels indicating irradiation of blood products The total quantity of a part must be offered from one product – the same products, i.e. the same legal manufacturer, the same make, the same product family, and the same parameters in all other product characteristics except packaging (unit or multipacking). If you offer several products within a lot, the offer will be considered invalid. The packaging of the products offered may be different (but it is not a minimum requirement to offer products with different packaging), with the exception that the products in different packaging must be identical in all other respects (identical parameters for the same legal manufacturer, product, product family, and all other product properties except packaging).
