Detailed Description	Supply of biometric access cards - barcode cards, card readers and card issuing equipment The Immigration Service must purchase biometric access cards for use in registering a resident at a deportation centre's compliance with the residence and/or reporting obligation. The access cards must contain the resident's fingerprints in encrypted form, and the access cards may only be used by the resident if biometric features are recorded on the access card. The contract includes the delivery of the biometric access cards, including barcode cards, card readers and card issuing equipment, as well as training of employees in connection with the commissioning of the technical solution. The tendered contract is not divided into lots, cf. section 49(2) of the Danish Public Procurement Act, as the contracting authority assesses, based on the subject matter of the contract, that the contract is not suitable for splitting, as it involves the delivery of biometric access cards and barcode cards to one address at the contracting authority.
