Detailed Description Access control system – Delivery, installation and commissioning of remote, NFC-based access to telecommunications cabinets of the Lublin Regional Broadband Network

Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of remote, NFC-based access to the telecommunications cabinets of the Lublin Regional Broadband Network. 2. Remote access should be implemented on AGMAR cabinets type HB2, WSD3K PLUS with RS700/710 tilting handle. 3. The required system must be based on NFC technology and include a battery-free and cable-free system for closing and opening telecommunications cabinets using a smartphone, while ensuring access control for those authorized to use the electronic key. 4. All closing components must be energy self-sufficient, must not require the use of batteries/accumulators and wiring, the required energy must be drawn wirelessly from an NFC compatible smartphone. 5. The scope of delivery must also include not less than two keys for programming the cylinders, and the supplied cylinders are to be self-latching, at the same time they must ensure the possibility of collision-free opening of each of the four cabinet compartments (tilting handles must not overlap each other and the handle with the antenna installed on them must allow collision-free rotation of the knobs unlocking the lock by users). 6. The management of the locking system must be done via the Internet. Closing components must be reprogrammable with a programming token or user credentials. The locking system must be able to be managed remotely via data network or mobile network (GSM, UMTS, LTE) or WLAN.
