Detailed Description Ticket-issuing machines – Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Stationary Ticket Machines In Jelenia Góra

Description: The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of 13 stationary ticket machines in the city of Jelenia Góra, in locations indicated by the Ordering Party, along with the execution of accompanying works including the construction of foundations and the execution of power connections necessary for their functioning. The task is divided into three (3) Stages: 1) Stage I – development of design documentation for the installation of 10 stationary ticket machines based on this description of the subject of the contract and on the basis of connection conditions (Appendix No. 4 to Volume III of the SWZ) along with obtaining the opinions, agreements and decisions required by law (including agreement with the conservator of monuments) necessary for the proper preparation of the design documentation and commencement of the task. 2) Stage II – execution of construction works on the basis of developed and approved design documentation along with the delivery, installation and commissioning of 10 pcs. brand new stationary ticket machines. The material scope of Stage II includes: a) construction of foundations for stationary ticket machines, b) installation of prefabricated foundation elements for SDIP boards in 6 locations, c) execution of power connections, d) laying of the necessary power cabling in the prepared underground infrastructure, e) restoration of the surface in the places where the works are carried out to their original state (m.in. bituminous surfaces, paving stones, green areas), f) delivery, assembly and commissioning of 10 pcs. brand new stationary ticket machines.
