Detailed Description	Procurement of signature cards including qualified electronic certificates The contracting authority intends to award a framework agreement for the procurement of signature cards including qualified electronic certificates for the judicial authorities of the Free State of Thuringia by way of a Europe-wide tender in an open procedure in accordance with § 15 I 1 VgV. The estimated number of call-offs (estimated quantity) is 1,900 signature cards. The maximum purchase quantity is 3,500 signature cards. The framework agreement begins on 01.10.2026 with a term of 24 months. It shall be extended twice by 12 months each time, unless terminated by the client with a notice period of 3 months to its end.
