Detailed Description Multi-factor authentication - including QSCD hybrid smart cards, RFID smart cards, RFID smart card readers, QSCD hybrid smart card readers, printer module (MATICA XID8600) for writing certificates and card laminating module

Description: Purpose of the Public Contract The purpose of this public contract is to verify the identity of the contracting authority's users when logging in to user accounts, systems or applications by the Contractor by the acquisition and implementation of a multi-factor authentication system (hereinafter referred to as "MFA" or "MFA System") and subsequent support for the operation of the MFA System by the Contractor, in full compliance with the relevant legal regulations. The subject of the public contract is the delivery of the MFA System and the subsequent provision of support to the MFA System by the supplier. The subject of the performance includes in particular: • Delivery of goods with standard software and the necessary licenses for their use, if the software is part of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods"), namely: QSCD hybrid smart cards, RFID smart cards, RFID smart card readers, QSCD hybrid smart card readers, printer module (MATICA XID8600) for writing certificates and card laminating module; • Execution of the work, which includes: preparation of an implementation analysis, delivery of "package", i.e. ready-made and commercially available software for the management of smart cards and certificates, delivery of "package", i.e. ready-made and commercially available software for administrative administration and registration of certificates, provision of "package", i.e. ready-made and commercially available software enabling authentication using a mobile phone and implementation of the above-mentioned SW applications into IS VZP ČR, including the necessary configuration, customization and integration into the surrounding systems of the IS VZP ČR; • Providing support to ensure the full functionality of the delivered MFA System. A detailed definition of the subject matter of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the preparation of the tender, is set out in Annex No. 1 to the Main Document of the Tender Documentation – "Business Conditions" (hereinafter referred to as the "Business Specifications"), an integral part of which are its annexes. The performance also includes the provision of further performance based on the Client's orders, i.e. the performance specified in Article II, paragraph 1 of the Act. 6 of the OP, namely the provision of other goods specified in Article II(6) of the OP. 1 of the OP and the extension of the right to use the Application for the User pursuant to par. 2.2 of the cited article, where the contracting authority expects that it will primarily purchase 2000 QSCD hybrid chip cards in this form.
