Detailed Description	Labels – A6 security labels and ITP badges Description: The object of the framework agreement is the acquisition of A6 security labels and ITP badges, which will be made from own sources. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation (art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016 and art. 103 paragraph (1) of GD 395 with subsequent amendments and completions), in compliance with a deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submitting bids. - The contracting authority will respond in a consolidated, clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders (art. 160 para. (2) and 161 para. (1) of Law 98/2016 and art. 27 para. (2)-(4) and art. 103 para. (2) of GD 395/2016). - The contracting authority will not respond to a request for clarifications/additional information, received within 17 days prior to the deadline set for the submission of bids, the request being considered to have been submitted late.
