Detailed Description	Procurement Identity & Access Management System Description: VHL is preparing a European tender for the delivery, implementation, configuration, support and management of a new Identity & Access Management System (IAM). The current IAM system UMRA is nearing the end of the contract period and does not adequately meet the organization's future functional, technical, and security requirements. With this tender, VHL aims to select a future-proof IAM solution that meets modern requirements in the field of information security, ease of use, compliance and scalability. The new solution should support the organization in: -central identity management; -Lifecycle management of accounts and permissions (IGA); -automated provisioning and deprovisioning; -role-based access control (RBAC); links with existing and future applications; -audit and reporting capabilities; -compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the GDPR and NIS2. 300000
