Detailed Description Sales of public transport tickets in Krakow in stationary machines

Description : 3.1. The subject of the order is the sale of Krakow Public Transport (KMK) tickets in stationary vending machines (KMK). The order consists of the following elements: 3.1.1. basic scope: - development of a Project Plan; - provision of Maintenance, Support and Service Services, including the distribution of KMK tickets and authorizations, operating a Vending Machine Complaints Handling Point, provision of payment services, and handling cash and cashless transactions by the Settlement Agent; accompanying work necessary to implement the Project, such as analytical and design work specified in the DSC for 250 brand new Stationary Vending Machines, installed, installed and configured by the Contractor; - launch and configuration of the Central Management System along with the implementation of information exchange mechanisms with the Ordering Party's ZTP Data Warehouse, as well as tools for submitting complaints, reporting, and tracking notifications; - conducting training at the Ordering Party's premises; 3.1.2. Optional scope: 1) extension of the provision of the Maintenance, Support and Service Service by a maximum period of 5 years after the end of the period of provision of the Maintenance, Support and Service Service under the basic order, implemented on principles analogous to those under the basic order. An optional order consisting in extending the provision of the Maintenance, Support and Service Service may, but does not have to, apply to the full scope of the Vending Machines; 2) purchase by the Ordering Party from the Contractor of a maximum of 2,500 man-hours of Development Work, whereby the Ordering Party is entitled to submit one or more declarations of exercising this option right for a total of 2,500 man-hours; 3) performance of the following services: a. integration with the e-hologram system; b. equipping the vending machines with support for UltraLight ticket carriers; c. equipping the vending machines with a plastic card dispenser; d. autonomous power supply for the vending machines.
