Detailed Description City card in the phone as part of the project “Development of urban mobility infrastructure in the Functional Area of Radom – Stage I”

The subject of the contract is the design, development, implementation, integration with existing systems, and maintenance of the Radom City Card System in the telephone (RadomKa), including the provision of IT infrastructure, delivery of devices, and integration with on-board equipment in the Ordering Party's vehicles in accordance with the requirements specified in the appendices to the Technical Specifications. The subject of the contract also includes the provision of all maintenance services (SLA services and technical support) for a period equal to the warranty period declared in the Contractor's Declaration form (Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications). The period of maintenance services is the same as the warranty period and does not require the conclusion of a separate agreement or additional costs for the Ordering Party. The project aims to develop public e-services related to urban transport and parking through the implementation of a comprehensive IT system integrating all urban mobility services. The contract is being implemented under the "design and build" procedure, therefore consisting of two basic stages: the design stage and the implementation stage. The contract is being implemented as part of the budget task entitled: "Development of Urban Mobility Infrastructure in the Radom Functional Area – Stages I and II." The basic contract includes: - delivery of an IT system that includes the ability to purchase public transport tickets, the paid parking zone, after-sales service, and providing residents with information on public transport timetables (journey planner) and other notices, taking into account the use by disabled or visually impaired people, along with the delivery of the necessary technical and IT infrastructure. In addition, the Contractor is responsible for the delivery of devices constituting bus equipment (85 sets), POK/BOK equipment (10 computer sets), and controller readers (18); - providing as-built documentation for the work covered by the contract and technical documentation (diagrams, instructions, certificates); - conducting training for the Ordering Party's employees; - developing and implementing promotional activities; - conducting inspections and maintenance of the devices covered by the contract during the quality guarantee and warranty period for defects.
