Detailed Description Purchase and delivery of automatic terminals with barriers for the purpose of implementing the entry and exit of motor vehicles and automatic cash registers intended for the payment of parking fees for temporary parking of motor vehicles - purchase and delivery of 100 sets of parking equipment with professional assembly of a ticketless parking system with a duration of 5 years

Description : The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of automatic terminals with barriers for the purpose of implementing the entry and exit of motor vehicles and automatic cash registers intended for the payment of parking fees for temporary parking of motor vehicles; i.e.: parking facilities with comprehensive parking management software for parking lots; associated licenses, to the extent and under the conditions set out in the description of the subject of the contract. PAAS sro is interested in concluding a Framework Agreement for the purchase and delivery of 100 sets of parking equipment with professional assembly of a ticketless parking system with a duration of 5 years, including: - transportation, assembly, installation, software installation and commissioning, - provision of a warranty period, warranty service and technical support for 5 years from the date of commissioning, - delivery of technology without the need for repeated payments of license fees, updates of the parking system software for a period of 5 years from the date of commissioning, - protocol handover to the Procuring Entity of hardware (hereinafter also referred to as HW), software (hereinafter also referred to as SW) and SW licenses; complete technical documentation; project documentation; licenses will be tied to the name of the Procuring Entity; complete administrator access to the SW, including administrator access data to the HW for managing, controlling, administering and setting up the system, - retraining of the Contracting Authority's authorized persons for the purpose of servicing, repairing the HW, setting up and operating the SW, managing all SW related to the management of parking facilities, - providing warranty service and technical support for the delivered work on HW and SW to the extent of 24/7, to the extent and under the conditions set out in the tender documents and in the description of the subject of the contract.
