Detailed Description Selection of an operator for the issuance, provision and administration (monthly top-up) of food vouchers on an electronic medium (card) within the meaning of Regulation No. 7 of 9.07.2003 on the terms and conditions for issuing and revoking a permit to carry out activities as an operator of food vouchers on paper and electronic media, for the issuance of food vouchers.

Description : The subject of this public procurement is the Selection of an operator for the issuance, provision and administration (monthly top-up) of food vouchers on an electronic medium (card), within the meaning of Regulation No. 7 of 9.07.2003 for the employees of the Bulgarian State University "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov". The Contracting Authority shall notify the Contractor of the required number of cards that should be delivered to it, in accordance with the current number of employees who will use them. The available cards are topped up monthly with electronic vouchers, after a prior request from the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. The request shall indicate the cards of which employees (the specific cards subject to top-up) should be topped up with electronic vouchers and, respectively, at what value.
