Detailed Description	Point of sale (POS) software package – New cash register system / ticketing Wilhelma Title : New POS System / Ticketing Wilhelma Description : The subject of the contract includes the complete renewal of the ticketing and cash register system of the Wilhelma Stuttgart for the start of the 2027 season. Lot: LOT-0001 Title : New POS System / Ticketing Wilhelma Description : The subject of this contract is the complete renewal of the ticketing and point-of-sale system at Wilhelma Stuttgart for the start of the 2027 season. This includes a cloud-based SaaS solution for ticket sales (cash registers, vending machines, webshop with retail and corporate customer areas) as well as the supply and installation of the hardware, in particular cash registers (7 units), ticket vending machines (5 units), access control systems (8 units), and mobile handheld devices (6 units). The contractor is also responsible for the integration with third-party systems (CRM, financial accounting) as well as the operation, maintenance, and support of the entire system for a minimum of 6 years (optional: two 2-year extensions, maximum total term: 10 years).
