Detailed Description	Maintenance and technical support services for a centralized technical management network, video surveillance and access control for the City and the CCAS of Gonfreville l'Orcher Lot: LOT-0001 Title : Urban video surveillance and network Description : The municipality of Gonfreville-l'Orcher has a video surveillance system consisting of 216 cameras (73 directly managed by VPU + 143 remotely monitored [TSV]), operated via the Genetec Security Center solution (version 5.11), hosted on a dedicated server infrastructure (2 VPU servers + 2 TSV servers) and delivered to multi-screen operator Lot: LOT-0002 Title : Access control, intrusion detection, key cabinet management Description : The municipality has an access control and intrusion detection system operated via the PC Pass solution (Synchonic), a Traka key management system (31 safes), and a Castel intercom system (Xellip). These systems are currently monitored via the Skywalker hypervisor (Entelec), which notably provides real-time monitoring and alarm management for remote surveillance.
