Detailed Description EU tender for the purchase of electricity stands and a payment system for user payments at the ports of Bornholm Regional Municipality 2026

Description : The tender is being carried out with a view to entering into a contract for the purchase and delivery of electricity stands as well as the delivery, commissioning and operation of a Solution for charging for the port's services, including use of facilities, electricity consumption, guest sailors' payments, etc. It must be integrated into the Bornholm Regional Municipality's ADK system Unilock, which is used for access control to the port facilities. It is noted that the ADK Unilock systems themselves are supplied by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has an option to purchase functionality for handling Bornholmerkort, cf. Appendix 1 - Requirements specification. The price for this is stated in Appendix 2 - Tender list. Depending on the stated price for purchasing the functionality, the Contracting Authority will announce the use of the option upon award, alternatively after conclusion of the contract. It is thus a condition for submitting a tender that the tenderer will be able to deliver this functionality by April 2027 at the latest, if the Contracting Authority uses the option for this. It is the Client's intention to purchase the number of units specified in Appendix 2 - Tender List. However, the Client has the right to adjust the specified number down by up to 10% if the prices offered exceed the amount budgeted for the task. The construction work itself is tendered separately and must be completed for each port before final commissioning can take place. It is therefore a condition for submitting a tender for this tender that the tenderer participates cooperatively in the subsequent construction process, including participating in: -Start-up meeting with the Client's future advisor before starting the tender process for the construction work -Up to two project meetings with the Client's advisor during the construction work The meetings will be expected to be held via Teams. Subsequent commissioning of both the electric poles and the offered Solution is part of the overall service for this tender, and is described by the tenderer in Appendix 5 - project implementation plan. In connection with commissioning, the supplier must carry out tests and troubleshooting to ensure that any problems are identified and resolved before final delivery, cf. the tenderer's description in Appendix 5 - Project Implementation Plan. Commissioning is approved by the Municipality. Delivery of electricity poles must be made cf. Appendix 7 - Process and schedule. The schedule is an overall schedule. The precise delivery dates will be decided and announced after the start-up meeting with the Client's future advisor before the start of the tender process for the construction work, in which the tenderer participates. Payment for electricity poles will be made continuously after delivery up to 80% of the total price. The remaining 20% will be paid after approved commissioning tests. Payment of the annual price (12 months) for the Solution will be made after implementation/commissioning, when final approval from the Municipality has been obtained.
