Title : ABC gate, kiosk and biometric registration point
Description: Part 1 EES compatible facial image capture device (outdoor version) Part 2 EES self-service system suitable for data capture Description of the procurement (description of tasks to be performed and quantity(s) to be procured) Development of the currently missing or insufficiently efficient control elements required by the introduction of the EES at automated and non-automated checkpoints by means of technical means in order to ensure that the border crossing process meets the professional (Schengen), security and technical requirements. Due to the introduction of the EES, it is necessary to establish border crossing points with a standard, uniform format, constant lighting conditions and a homogeneous background suitable for biometric identification (face and/or fingerprint). The Contracting Authority intends to provide the fingerprint scanning devices necessary for the implementation of the control technology from existing stocks. In connection with biometric data collection, it is necessary to ensure by carrying out developments and integration steps that expand the knowledge of the appropriate system that our existing mobile devices, which are independently suitable for border crossing, are also capable of operating as an additional peripheral (biometric data recording device) of desktop workstations, in line with professional needs. The integration of mobile devices also enables on-site data recording in the case of desktop workstations that do not have biometric data collection devices, thus speeding up case processing and enabling the complete creation of an individual file at every data collection point.
