Detailed Description Online card acceptance services - Online Payment Service

Description: Online card acceptance service for MVM Next Energiakereskedelmi Zrt. in 2 parts. AK intends to acquire online card acceptance service divided into the following two parts: Part 1: Online card acceptance service package 1 (Total budget planned for the duration of the framework agreement (9 months development, 24 months + 12 months service): net HUF 4,925,088,000) Part 2: Online card acceptance service package 2 (Total budget planned for the duration of the framework agreement (9 months development, 24 months + 12 months service): net HUF 4,925,088,000) AK does not undertake any obligation to draw down (exhaust) the entire budget in either part. Planned quantity in both parts: 48,000,000 successful transactions/24 months The planned quantity is indicated for informational purposes only. AK concludes a framework agreement with a bidder as a result of each part. In the second part of the framework agreement, the given procurement will be implemented by direct order in accordance with the conditions specified in the framework agreement, based on Section 105 (1) a) of the Public Procurement Act. The framework agreement contains all the conditions of the Service, Development and other tasks specified in the Technical Description to be performed on its basis. AK concludes a total of 2 framework agreements as a result of the public procurement procedure, which it intends to enter into force simultaneously, and plans to put the services into operation simultaneously, and intends to maintain them for the same period of time, depending on the exhaustion of the planned quantity. AK intends to operate the card acceptance service on its online platforms in such a way that the services of the successful bidders who have won the framework agreements on its online platforms are available to paying customers in parallel and the paying customer can choose, free from influence, which of the successful bidders' services he wishes to pay on the online platform. Bidders are obliged to take note of this construction. AK states that it will arrange the payment solutions it provides to paying customers at all times - based on this procurement or other contracts - in order based on the rates established in its concluded contracts in such a way that the payment solution with the most favorable rate for AK is listed as the default and the other payment solutions follow one after the other in the order of the rates favorable to AK.
