Title : Modernization of parking meters II
Description: The subject of this public contract is the modernization of parking meters. These activities include in particular: • development of the Target Concept; • implementation of the delivery of new PAs, their installation and their initialization. Ensuring unlimited access to DC; • implementation of the delivery of DC, its implementation; • implementation of the integration of PA (DC) with CIS; • implementation of the integration of PA (DC) with the selected Acquirer; • training of persons designated by the contracting authority for the operation and maintenance of PA (DC); • submission of the necessary documentation for the proper use of PA (DC); • ensuring the delivery of all necessary licenses for the operation of PA (DC); • ensuring the operation of DC, which will be installed on the supplier's servers; • ensuring the delivery of thermal paper to PA according to the operating needs of the contracting authority and the supply of spare parts; • ensuring service and prophylactic activities; • ensuring the flawless operation of PA (DC). The contracting authority accepts the delivery of PA (DC) in two variants: a) without providing Acquirer services and simultaneously without providing contactless payment card payment terminal operation services under the conditions specified in the Technical Specification, which forms Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract (see Annex No. 3 to the Contract Documents). The supplier shall prove their compliance, for the purposes of submitting a tender, by submitting a declaration of honor, see Annex No. 6 Declaration of honor – without Acquirer services. Failure to comply with these conditions will be considered as failure to comply with the tender conditions and the contracting authority shall exclude such participant from further participation in the relevant part of the tender procedure. b) with providing Acquirer services and simultaneously with providing contactless payment card payment terminal operation services under the conditions specified in the Technical Specification, which forms Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract (see Annex No. 3 to the Contract Documents). The supplier shall prove their compliance, for the purposes of submitting a tender, by submitting a declaration of honor, see Annex No. 7 Declaration of honor – with Acquirer services. Failure to meet these conditions will be considered as failure to meet the tender conditions and the contracting authority will exclude such participant from further participation in the relevant part of the tender procedure. In the event that the supplier chooses the option of providing Acquirer services and at the same time providing contactless payment terminal operation services, the contracting authority requires the supplier to submit a draft separate contract for Acquirer services and a draft separate contract for contactless payment terminal operation services as part of its tender. The supplier is obliged to provide all activities related to the subject of the contract within the scope of performance and include these activities in the total tender price. In this context, the contracting authority points out that Acquirer services and payment terminal operation services are not subject to tender evaluation. The complete specification of the subject of performance is set out in Annex No. 3 to this tender documentation, Draft contract, and its annexes. The contracting authority requires thatthat suppliers submit a "Construction drawing of the parking meter's foundation structures and a mechanical drawing with fastening elements for the installation of the parking meter" as part of their offer. A detailed description of the offered PA (DC) solution, including visual documentation of the offered PA, will also be an integral part of the offer.
