Detailed Description	Modernization of the Access Control System (SKD) in the buildings of the Supreme Administrative Court Description : The subject of the order is the modernization of the Access Control System (hereinafter "System" or "SKD") in the buildings of the Supreme Administrative Court, in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (DOS) set out in Appendix No. 2 to the DOS and based on the current design of the access control system, which the Ordering Party will make available pursuant to the provisions of Chapter III, Section 8 of the DOS. A detailed description, requirements, and principles for the implementation of the subject matter of the order are set out in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order constituting Appendix No. 2 to the DOS and in the Draft Contract Provisions constituting Appendix No. 4 to the DOS.
