Detailed Description Purchase of vouchers 2026 - Purchase gift certificates

: In order to achieve the goals set out in its social regulations and to fulfil the tasks undertaken, the contracting authority wishes to acquire a paper-based gift voucher, as follows: 1. Gift voucher: A paper with a value indication, qualifying as a voucher according to Section 4(2)(a) of the Act CXVII of 1995 on Personal Income Tax (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Income Tax Act), which can be unequivocally determined, in accordance with Section 69(3) of the Personal Income Tax Act, for which product, service or product or service category it can be used, and which complies with the requirements of the Personal Income Tax Act. All conditions set out in Section 69 (3), 2. Quantity/delivery deadline: BASIC QUANTITY: Phase I: to be delivered within five working days of the written request of the Contracting Authority after the conclusion of the contract, to the address in Budapest provided by the Contracting Authority: • Terézváros junior voucher: 1,810 paper-based gift vouchers with a face value of HUF 13,000. II. schedule: to be delivered within five working days of the written request of the Contracting Authority after the conclusion of the contract, to the address in Budapest provided by the Contracting Authority, deadline: 30 August 2026. The Contracting Authority may request the performance before this: • Support for the International Day of the Elderly: 6,504 paper-based gift vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 12,000, • One-time benefit in kind: 836 paper-based gift vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 15,000, OPTIONAL QUANTITY: Can be called up several times at any time during the term of the contract, up to the amount of the limit, to be delivered within five working days of the written request of the Contracting Authority, in the nominal value and denominations specified by the Contracting Authority: Optional quantity limit amount: paper-based gift vouchers with a nominal value of HUF 13,500,000. 3. Packaging in the nominal value and denominations specified by the Contracting Authority during each call for tenders. 4. Usability, at least for all purchases of the following content: hot food, food not ready for consumption, books, clothing, and paper and stationery. 5. Number of acceptance points (nationwide): Evaluation criterion. • Minimum 1,000 pcs, the most unfavourable value to be validated according to Section 77 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. • The most favourable amount to be validated according to Section 77 (1) of the Public Procurement Act: 10,000 pcs. Acceptance point: natural person, legal entity, who is in a contractual relationship with the issuer of the offered voucher and distributes at least one of the products listed above. 6. Take-back obligation: the winning bidder is obliged to take back the vouchers delivered but not used by the Contracting Authority until the end of the contractual period. In the event of a replacement, the supplier must provide vouchers with an expiry date of at least 9 months after the submission of the request. 7. Validity period until which they can be redeemed (purchased) at the acceptance points: at least 31 December 2026. 8. The contracting authority may also specify different delivery dates for each type of subsidy. 9. Contract price (purchase price):total face value (HUF) + proposed handling cost (HUF + VAT). 10. The handling cost must include all costs incurred by the successful bidder in connection with the above delivery (coverage of production, packaging, handling, etc., operating-related fees and costs), but must not include the fee for fulfilling the buy-back obligation. Delivery fee: • The Bidder may not charge a separate delivery fee for the basic quantity, i.e. the handling cost for the basic quantity also includes the delivery fee. • In the case of delivery of optional quantities, the Bidder is also entitled to a delivery fee. The number of deliveries for the optional quantity is expected to be 5-10 times. Further detailed data, such as delivery conditions and deadlines, are included in the draft contract to be issued as part of the public procurement documents.
