Karus vzw is seeking a solution to expand its property portfolio with an access control system. In the first phase, this involves the delivery, installation, and maintenance of the access control system in new building M20, to subsequently equip future buildings undergoing renovation with the same system. Access must be provided via a badge, but this must be expandable in the future to a solution with mobile and biometric identification in anticipation of further digitalization. The contract includes the possibility of supplying, installing, connecting, and implementing an integrated access control system. The system must be modularly expandable and preferably linked to the organization's existing data sources to exchange necessary data for efficient day-to-day use. Through this framework agreement, Karus wishes to extend EM's current access control system to future new construction and renovation projects. The new system must therefore be compatible with EM's system, and employees must be able to use both systems with the same badge.
