Title : Delivery of 16 biometric stations (LiveScan) with management software and delivery of 16 specialized Eurodac workstations with management software to achieve full compatibility with the national automated biometric identification system (CABIS) and Eurodac
Description : The subject of the order covers the supply of 16 biometric LiveScan stations with management software and 16 specialized Eurodac workstations with management software, together with all the necessary equipment for their proper functioning, commissioning, configuration and warranty support. The Eurodac LiveScan biometric stations and the specialized Eurodac workstations should be compatible with the current version of Eurodac Livescan and the software of the current version of the national automated fingerprint identification system (CABIS) and EURODAC, meet the functional requirements of Regulation (EU) No 2024/1358 of the European Parliament, as well as the latest version of EDAC CUD ICD and EDAC ESP ICD. Deadline for execution of the order: up to 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days, counting from the confirmation by the Contracting Authority of the secured financing and the presentation by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee. For the term of the contract, warranty support for the Eurodac LiveScan software will be provided for a period of no less than 12 months and for the Eurodac specialized workstations for a period of no less than 12 months, starting from the date of the test report, as well as recovery of the operating systems in the event of a failure. The warranty support period for the delivered equipment should not be less than 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance and delivery protocol. All terms regarding the presentation of the warranty and the actual commencement of the performance of the Delivery are regulated in the confirmation of secured financing.
