Detailed Description Implementation of access control and cabinet lock systems - The planned system must be suitable for the later use of the "debit" (payment for hospitality with an identification device) function. Long-term compliance can be ensured with the RFID proximity watch. Watches with the Mifare Plus X identifier can be written to with the appropriate authorization levels.

Turnstiles have already been installed in several steps of the beach bath area, and radio locker locks in the winter changing rooms. The installed system components can only be used partially at present. The locker lock system is not used at all, identification watches were delivered during the previous installation, but they were not actually used, the changing rooms are currently used in a mechanical lock and key system. The operation, maintenance and repair of the locks takes a significant amount of resources from the bath's annual budget. The planned access control system must be able to serve every guest entrance and every cash register of the bath, and in addition, a new functional locker lock system must be developed and integrated into the central access control system. The planned system must be suitable for the later use of the "debit" (payment for hospitality with an identification device) function. Long-term compliance can be ensured with the RFID proximity watch. Watches with the Mifare Plus X identifier can be written to with the appropriate authorization levels. The basic colors of the watches are: blue, green, black, red, lemon. Extra colors: orange, gray, pink, purple, dark blue, gold, white. We examined the usability of previously purchased proximity watches, but the integration of the chips in them into the new system is no longer supported by the distributor. Devices and principles to be installed Access control server, with the access control software: The central element of the access control system is only the server machine that monitors the access control system, which runs the access control software package, monitors the peripherals and stores data related to the access control system. The communication server is the computer or computers that centrally monitor the operation of the system, which in the planned system is the PC running the SQL database, the access control basic software and additional software modules. It is placed in the server room on the 1st floor, and we calculated it with a monitor and an uninterruptible power supply. The central control modules equipped with independent uninterruptible power supplies are connected to the access control server individually via the facility's LAN network. The controllers receive and store all parameters, configuration data, identification and authorization information, time and timing settings necessary for operation from the server database by downloading. They then operate based on the downloaded data: they perform signal processing, evaluation and store the generated events. Control controllers (access control module): The actual operation of the supervised gateways, the saving and storage of access data are performed by the control controller units, which can operate even in off-line mode. Card readers transmit the data of the persons requesting access to the controllers. The controllers issue the access authorization and the operating commands (operating signals) of the controlled doors, as well as the prevention of unauthorized access. They must be installed in the locations indicated in the drawing documentation. The access controller modules are connected to each other via two bus lines (CAT6 UTP) in series. Turnstiles: The electromechanical turnstile is a single- or double-leg version of the designed product family, without a card absorber. It is an ideal choice for high-traffic personal access, where the “one identification, one passage” access principle needs to be ensured. Thanks to its servomotor drive, it enables faster passage than mechanical turnstiles, and its memory function also makes group passage continuous. Its drop-arm design allows for installation on escape routes: local emergency opening, fire control, power failure, or – when used in the Seawing system – the arms drop, thus ensuring the full evacuation width. When the signal disappears, the turnstile automatically returns to its original position. In normal mode, it can be controlled from open-collector outputs or potential-free contacts. The signals of the arms turning and the open/closed states are also reported to the access control system. It has a built-in battery power supply, so full access can be achieved even in the event of a power outage. Its casing is made of stainless steel, which preserves its original, aesthetic appearance and corrosion resistance with regular surface treatment. The forks placed at the main entrance and the Olajfa út entrance are equipped with a built-in watch absorber. Full-height turnstile (turnstile): We plan to install these devices outdoors at the “Liget” and “Pandora” entrances. The two-way passage is controlled here too via a local control module, as with the turnstiles. The controllers can be placed in the automation cabinet placed on top of the turnstile. The card (watch) readers can be placed on the supporting columns of the turnstile. An additional element of the equipment is the rain-proof polycarbonate protective roof, which is an aluminum frame design. The installation of the equipment can be implemented after the appropriate transformation of the fence system (relocation of the post, concreting of the base body, placement of protective piping). Stainless steel design. Cabling, network installation In the system, the server machine, the central control cards and the local control controllers communicate with each other via a communication bus line. The protective piping and bus line of the existing access control devices can be used for the purpose of the communication bus line, provided that it was previously built with cabling that meets at least the CAT5E standard. In places where new access control functions and devices are implemented, the communication bus line must also be built. (Main entrance, Olajfa út entrance, "Pandora" entrance, "Liget" entrance. Based on this plan, protective conduit will be installed. The cabling will connect the individual access control modules in sequence, starting from the central controllers located on the LAN network. Branching is not allowed in the communication bus design.
