Detailed Description Biometrics capture contract tender - delivery, operation, maintenance and support of a biometrics solution that makes it possible to record biometrics (facial photo, fingerprints and signature)

The contract includes the delivery, operation, maintenance and support of a biometrics solution that makes it possible to record biometrics (facial photo, fingerprints and signature) at the client's locations in Denmark and Greenland. In this connection, the supplier must deliver the following services:
- Solution for recording biometrics (facial photo, fingerprints and signature) in Denmark and Greenland;
- Mobile solution for both online and offline recording of biometrics (facial photo, fingerprints and signature);
- Delivery and operation of High Level Application Programming Interface (HL-API) for installation on the Customer's systems, as well as delivery of system documentation;
- Dismantling and disposal of the Customer's existing system;
- Operation, maintenance and support of the biometrics solution;
- Dismantling of the biometrics solution upon termination of the contract. The client's expected scope of biometrics recording during the contract period is stated in Appendix 2.2, Statement and forecast for recording biometrics, and in Appendix 5, Prices.

The tendered contract also includes the following options:
- Option for the Danish Immigration Service to procure the services of the contract. When the Danish Immigration Service exercises the option, the supplier must deliver, install and implement a biometric solution at the Danish Immigration Service's locations, deliver a biometric solution for mobile online and offline recording, and provide operation, maintenance and support of the biometric solution to the Danish Immigration Service. The option is described in more detail in Appendix 12, Options, item 5, and the Danish Immigration Service's expected needs for recording biometrics are stated in Appendix 5, Prices. - Option for delivery of a biometric solution in the Faroe Islands, cf. Appendix 12, Options, item 2. - Option for delivery of a biometric solution for self-service, cf. Appendix 12, Options, item 3. - Option for delivery of a solution for physical collection of residence cards (document boxes), cf. Appendix 12, Options, item 4. Please note that the stated estimated contract value includes the exercise of all options. The estimated contract value excluding options, excluding options for contract extensions, is estimated to be approximately DKK 6,800,000.
