Detailed Description Delivery and installation of stationary ticket machines (ticket machines) as part of the Reconstruction of bus stop infrastructure carried out as part of the task “Development of urban mobility infrastructure in the Functional Area of Radom – Stage I” - Delivery and installation of 16 new stationary ticket vending machines (ticket machines), commissioning, configuration, testing, and integration into the city card system (sales and reporting system) and payment system

Scope of the contract: - Delivery and installation of 16 new stationary ticket vending machines (ticket machines), commissioning, configuration, testing, and integration into the city card system (sales and reporting system) and payment system used by the Ordering Party. Installing ticket machines at designated public transport stops in Radom that support the Radom City Card, enabling the purchase of paper tickets and the encoding of season tickets onto the Radom City Card, topping up e-wallets, transferring funds purchased online to the Radom City Card, and checking current Radom City Card records. The contract includes the delivery and installation of the equipment, as well as integration with existing systems. Electrical connections will be completed under a separate contract by another contractor. The contract also includes the provision of as-built documentation for the work covered by the contract, as well as technical documentation (diagrams, instructions, certificates). The ticket machines must meet the requirements of the detailed description of the subject of the contract and be compatible with the city card system (sales and reporting system) and the payment system used by the Ministry of Public Transport and Transport (MZDiK); - Training of employees operating the city card system; - Inspection and maintenance of the equipment covered by the contract during the quality guarantee and warranty period.
