Detailed Description Maintenance and emergency repairs of the Automatic Fare Collection System at metro stations, divided into tasks

The subject of the Order is the performance of services entitled “Maintenance and emergency repairs of the Automatic Fare Collection System at metro stations, divided into tasks” under the conditions specified in the Technical Specifications with appendices (hereinafter: ST) and in the Model Agreement. The scope of the Subject of the Order includes the performance of maintenance services and possible repair services of elements of the Automatic Fare Collection System (hereinafter: ASPOzP) on the indicated sections of metro lines I and II. The Subject of the Order is divided into 4 parts (Tasks) with the following scopes: - Task No. 1 – ASPOzP maintenance at stations of the M1 metro line on the A17 Dworzec Gdański – A18 Plac Wilsona section; - Task No. 2 – emergency repairs of ASPOzP at stations of the M1 metro line on the A17 Dworzec Gdański – A18 Plac Wilsona section; - Task No. 3 – ASPOzP maintenance and emergency repairs at stations of the M2 metro line on section C06 Księcia Janusza – C18 Trocka; - Task No. 4 – ASPOzP maintenance and emergency repairs at stations of the M2 metro line on sections C04 Bemowo – C05 Ulrychów and C19 Zacisze – C21 Bródno; The lists of ASPOzP components that are the subject of maintenance/repairs are included in Appendices 1 – 4 to ST. The Ordering Party informs that the maximum NET amount allocated for possible repairs of ASPOzP elements covered by the Subject Matter of the Order (understood as the cost of providing the service and purchase of spare parts necessary to carry out the repair) in individual Tasks is: - in Task No. 1 – PLN 0 (no repairs in scope); - in Task No. 2 – PLN 237,226.28; - in Task No. 3 – PLN 1,118,402.31; - in Task No. 4 – PLN 462,255.83. The above amounts constitute components of the offer price for the performance of the Subject of the Order within the scope of a given Task. VAT at 23% will be added to the above amounts. The Ordering Party requires that (with the exception of Task No. 2), the Contractor or Subcontractor employs (with the exception of Task No. 2), under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), all persons performing activities related to the maintenance of ASPOzP elements. The principles for verification of this condition by the Ordering Party and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are specified in the Model Agreement.
