Supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of comprehensive electronic security systems at ECDOH facilities for a period of 36 months on a rate-based contract. The goal is to ensure effective and efficient 24/7 security services that safeguard staff, patients, visitors, assets, and government property, maintaining a safe environment within healthcare facilities.

Scope
The scope encompasses the provision of:
Supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm systems, control room layout, backup power supply, and off-site monitoring services.
Provision of related infrastructure such as surveillance cameras, turnstiles, boom gates, RFID systems, control room equipment, and power backup systems.
Support services including training, warranty, maintenance, and post-implementation support over the contract period.
Implementation across multiple districts/clusters with specific equipment and system requirements detailed in the specifications.

Technical Requirements
