Detailed Description IAM (identity and access management) platform

Subject of these services: The delivery, installation, and maintenance of a Customer IAM (Identity & Access Management). Explanation: In order to grant its users access to the various services in a robust and secure manner, ASTRID is seeking a reliable partner for the delivery, implementation, and operation (in the capacity of service provider) of a "Customer IAM (Identity & Access Management) platform" capable of operating in a B2B context. This public procurement of the services type must provide for at least the elements that will be briefly explained below per Item. Item 1: The delivery and implementation of a "(Customer/B2B) Identity & Access Management platform" providing a "State-of-the-Art" method for granting users access to all ASTRID applications, initially for three specific use scenarios: • Providing streamlined access (with SSO) to the ASTRID Control Room applications for 101 and 112 operators via identity federation with their own organization; • Provide streamlined access (with SSO) for users of the ASTRID platform for administrative tasks (Portal Site) via identity federation with their own organization; • Define and configure access processes, procedures, and protocols for the new mission-critical mobile network infrastructure (MCx) that ASTRID will deploy in the near future. Item 2: Configure and organize the activities related to the introduction of a new user organization into the "(Customer/B2B) Identity & Access Management platform", using identity federation. Item 3: Configure and organize the activities related to the introduction of a new application connector into the "(Customer/B2B) Identity & Access Management platform". Item 4: Provide an infrastructure platform for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution that will be used solely for that purpose. This platform, which must be provided in its entirety by the future bidder, will also have to be operated and maintained as a single integrated platform from ASTRID's Data Centers after implementation.
