Detailed Description Airport access control system - Lot 1: Unified Security Platform (TGC, VMS and SMS/PSIM) - Lot 2: Physical Identity & Access Management (PIAM) - approximately 300 Card Readers, Controllers, biometric terminals and Anti-tailgating systems etc.

The Contract includes the complete replacement of the current access control system with a new, modern system for both the existing terminal (east side) and the new terminal section (west side). The existing system will be completely decommissioned; there will be no upgrade or partial modernization of the current system. Existing cabling and door hardware (electric locks, magnetic contacts, fittings, etc.) will be used where possible. The objective of this Tender is to realize a future-proof security system that:
• meets current and future security requirements for airports;
• integrates the entire terminal (existing and expansion) via a unified security platform;
• guarantees operational efficiency and compliance;

Title: Perceel 1: Unified Security Platform
Description : This lot includes the complete technical security platform consisting of three integrated components: Access Control (TGC) • Hardware: approximately 300 Card Readers, Controllers, biometric terminals and Anti-tailgating systems • Software: access control system including local authorization database, monitoring and event management • Cabling: data and power cables, network infrastructure, UPS facilities • Credential management: replacement of all access passes (approximately 4,000 pieces) Video Management System (VMS) • Software and hardware for video management and storage • Integration with access control events for visual verification • Basic video content analysis (VCA) functionality • Central display and management of all camera images Security Management System (SMS/PSIM) • Central software for security management and integration of all security subsystems • Unified operator interface for monitoring, alarm handling and reporting • Connection with existing systems (intrusion detection, intercom) Eindhoven Airport is explicitly looking for a unified security platform in which TGC, VMS and SMS/PSIM function as an integrated whole: one A central management platform, shared user interface, and native integration between the three components. By integrating these components into a single Lot, Eindhoven Airport places full responsibility for the integration and operation of the overall system with a single party. A Tenderer offering a solution based on multiple subsystems that it integrates itself will not be excluded, provided it demonstrates that the result is functionally equivalent to a native, unified platform and assumes full responsibility for the integration and operation.
