Detailed Description Acquisition of a tool for digitizing procedures for social, cultural and sporting activities and online ticketing - The contract also includes the provision of a ticketing and/or online store module for selling cultural and leisure services (tickets, gift cards, partner offers)

This contract concerns the supply, implementation, and maintenance of a software solution for digitizing procedures related to the University's social and cultural activities. The contract also includes the provision of a ticketing and/or online store module for selling cultural and leisure services (tickets, gift cards, partner offers). The solution must be accessible via SaaS, comply with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR), and guarantee a high level of security, availability, and interoperability with existing information systems. The contractor will provide all services necessary for the implementation of the solution, including initial configuration, data migration, user training, start-up assistance, and corrective and evolutionary maintenance. The contractor will be required to collect funds on behalf of the institution and will act as an authorized agent in this capacity (signing a mandate agreement).
