Detailed Description Integration of documentation produced in the hospital, including treatment cards, with the e-Health Center (CeZ) service platform

Integration of hospital-produced documentation, including treatment records, with the e-Health Center (CeZ) service platform. The subject of the contract covers the integration of hospital-produced documentation, including treatment records, with the e-Health Center (CeZ) service platform in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract set out in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ), meeting the remaining requirements specified in the SWZ. In particular, the subject of the contract includes: - delivery and installation of the necessary perpetual licenses for the application software and the necessary integration interfaces; - implementation and configuration of the supplied software; - staff training in operation, administration, and maintenance; - provision of maintenance services and support for a period of 36 months from the date of official acceptance of the complete subject of the contract. Implementation deadline: - integration of documentation generated at the Hospital, including treatment cards, with the e-Health Center (CeZ) service platform in accordance with the description of the subject of the order set out in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, meeting the other requirements specified in the SWZ – up to 30 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than May 29, 2026, - checking the completeness of the subject of the order before the official acceptance of the complete subject of the order on a date agreed with the Ordering Party, - provision of service care/services and support for a period of 36 months from the date of the official acceptance of the complete subject of the order. The Ordering Party requires that the implementation of the subject of the order be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle (“do no significant harm”) for environmental purposes resulting from Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 and the conditions set out in Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing a Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and the guidelines for the National Recovery Plan, while maintaining horizontal policies, in particular the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the principle of equal opportunities.
