Detailed Description	Ticket-validation machines – Provision of an ITS system for public transport in the municipality of Sighetu Marmației within the framework of Project no. C10-I.1.2-76 "Consolidation of urban mobility in the municipality of Sighetu Marmației, Maramureș county", financed by the PNRR - E-ticketing system The object of this contract is the supply, installation, commissioning and training of an ITS (Intelligent Transport System) system for public transport in the Municipality of Sighetu Marmației, divided into two major components: Component 1 – E-ticketing system Includes the supply, installation and configuration of the following equipment and applications: • On-board equipment: o On-board computers (7 pieces); o 3G/4G routers (7 pieces); o Dual validators (paper ticket/bank card) (21 pieces); o Driver ticket sales terminals (7 pieces); • Dispatch equipment: o Controller terminals (3 pieces); o Application server, UPS, switch and rack server (1 piece each); o Dispatcher terminals and printers; • Software applications: o Back-office e-ticketing system; o Mobile application and web portal for passengers; • Services: o Equipment installation; o Operation and maintenance personnel training. Component 2 – Smart bus stops, in accordance with the requirements of the award documentation, includes: • 8 smart bus stops equipped with: o LED screens for passenger information; o Video camera with video analysis and object classification; o Air quality sensor; o Integrated photovoltaic system for power supply. The Municipality of Sighetu Marmației needs a modern, smart and efficient public transport system that meets the real needs of citizens. It is necessary to introduce electronic ticketing solutions that allow modern and accessible payment, including by bank card or mobile application. The implementation of smart stops and a real-time information system would significantly improve the passenger experience. Also, real-time monitoring of the fleet, through a centralized dispatcher, will allow for more efficient traffic management and a rapid response in case of unforeseen events. The investment will contribute to reducing carbon emissions and promoting public transport as a viable alternative to the use of personal cars. In addition, the digitalization of public transport will support the strategic development directions of the municipality and will increase the attractiveness of public transport for all social categories. In application of the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016, in conjunction with art. 103 paragraphs (1) and (2) of GD 395/2016, the following deadlines shall be established regarding requests for clarification: a) deadline for receiving requests for clarification: 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers; b) deadline within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarification: 12 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
