Detailed Description Development and operation of a swimming pool access control system

Development of the access control system of the bath located at property with the installation services detailed in the documentation, and operation of the bath's access control system.

Title : Development of the Szentgotthárd spa access control system
Description : Delivery of hardware elements for the access control system of the spa located at property number 3/A. Füzesi u. 9970 Szentgotthárd (hrsz 12/3), design, integration and system parameterization of the access control system, and then the provision of the following services in terms of professional support for the operation of the system: Regular, preventive maintenance, Availability service, Out-of-hours on-call service, Software monitoring, Online cash register terminal operation support, Bank card terminal software support. The facility currently has an access control system, but the owner plans to replace it because the system is the same age as the building and its components are already outdated, so its modernization is not economical. Main technical requirements: - RFID readers used for entry and locker opening and closing in the system - The system must run on a server installed on site - The software package must include authorization-based entry, management of tickets purchased on site and online, and cashless shopping in the spa area. - 8 computer-based online NAV-licensed cash registers integrated into the ticketing and entry system with the necessary accessories. - Main entrance: 3 motorized-single-arm turnstiles with drop arms. - 1 motorized swing gate with control, wall-mounted RFID reader and push-button opening. - Sauna world: 1 motorized-single-arm turnstile with drop arms. - 1 payment machine for settling consumptions charged to the user's ID before exit, as well as overstays. - 500 offline wireless cabinet locks - 2 online information terminals for checking cabinet numbers and querying identification data. - 3 outdoor full-height revolving gates and their bidirectional control, of which 1 gate is existing and usable. - 1 bidirectional control of the economic entrance door. The detailed technical requirements are contained in the attached separate document Access Control System - Concept Plan. The detailed technical requirements of the operational tasks are contained in the public procurement documents. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree, Section 46 (3), references in the public procurement document to a specific product or origin, or to a specific process, which characterizes the products of a given economic operator or the services provided by it, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or a specific origin or production process, serve to define the subject matter of the public procurement in a clear, precise and understandable manner. In all cases, the reference must be accompanied by the expression “or equivalent”.
