Object:

11 Contracting of companies specialized in providing Professional Identity Card (CIP) solutions in digital and physical formats, according to the conditions and requirements established in this document:
1.1.1. Provision of a Professional Identity Card (CIP) solution in digital format, including issuance, activation and validation of digital documents, remote capture of biometric and biographical data, web panel, integration with databases. APIs and systems, technical support, maintenance, warranty, version updates and training;
1.1.2. Provision of services related to the issuance of Professional Identity Cards (CIP) - Physical Modality, including the production of printed polycarbonate cards, handling, and mailing to the Architecture and Urbanism Councils of the States and the Federal District (CAU/UF).
1.2. The bidding process will be conducted for two items (physical wallet solution and digital wallet solution), adopting the lowest price per item criterion, thus ensuring greater competitiveness in the bidding
