Detailed Description	Ticket and Customer Guidance System - TKK - Service Contract The Real Estate Department of the Canton of Lucerne, as mandated by the Government Council's message to the Cantonal Parliament (B 69), is tasked with planning and constructing a central cantonal administration building. The building will be completed and occupied by the cantonal administration by the end of 2026. Following the move, a daily customer volume of approximately 1,000 people is expected. A ticketing and customer guidance system is required to efficiently and effectively direct this flow of visitors. This tender aims to identify qualified partners and their solutions to meet this need.
