Detailed Description Provision of e-ticketing system within the project «Rehabilitation and modernization of ecological transport» code SMIS 324463 (former code SMIS 127035)

The objective of the contract "Provision of e-ticketing system" within the project "Rehabilitation and modernization of ecological transport" code SMIS 324463 (former code SMIS 127035) is the purchase of an e-ticketing system, according to the requirements of the specifications. The technical specifications of the components of the e-ticketing system can be found in Annex 1 to these specifications. NOTE: a) Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, only through SEAP as mentioned in section I.3, at least 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers, according to art. 160 para. (1) and para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016. b) To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information were submitted within the deadline set in the documentation, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 161 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will not respond to requests submitted by any other means of communication or at a deadline other than the one established.
