Description : The procedure has as objective: Supply and installation of e-ticketing and ITS system for the modernization of the public transport service in the Municipality of Pașcani. Types of activities covered by the contract:
1. - Supply of e-ticketing equipment: o Ticket and subscription validation terminals. o Contactless cards for passengers. o Card issuance and reloading equipment. o Servers, PC, UPS, adjacent network equipment
2. Equipment installation: o Mounting of validation terminals in buses. o Installation of card issuance and reloading equipment in points of sale.
3. System configuration and integration: o Configuration of e-ticketing software. o Integration of the e-ticketing system with the existing public transport infrastructure.
4. Testing and commissioning: o Testing the functionality of the equipment and software. o Commissioning of the e-ticketing system.
5. Technical assistance and maintenance: o Providing technical assistance during implementation and post-implementation. o Maintenance services for e-ticketing equipment and software.
6. Staff training: o Training of operational staff for the use of e-ticketing equipment and software. o Development of user manuals and operating procedures for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP)
