Title : Framework Agreement Service Entra External ID
Description : Support services for providing functionalities for the Entra External ID environment used by the client and for the introduction of new Entra External ID environments, as well as support services.

Description : The aim of this tender is to select a service provider to set up Entra External ID in additional Azure tenants to enable user authentication for nova.PORTAL and other applications (e.g., SharePoint, SAP) and to utilize multi-factor authentication. The existing environment will serve as the foundation, as all environments must be configured uniformly. Furthermore, support is required for the existing Entra External ID setup, for example, to connect additional applications, implement new features, and configure Microsoft Identity Manager 2016. An estimated 60 person-days per year are required. Additionally, support services in the form of ticket processing are needed. First-level support will be handled by the client.
