Detailed Description Ticket-issuing machines – Acquisition of ITS and ICT systems – Zalău municipality (purchase of products, including assembly, connection works to telecommunications networks and electrical networks, technical-economic documentation PT phase, obtaining AC)

Description: The object of the procurement is the procurement of the contract for the supply of ITS and ICT systems - Zalău municipality (purchase of products, including installation, connection works to telecommunications networks and electrical networks, technical-economic documentation PT phase, obtaining AC) in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications no. 97129/04.12.2025. The ITS and ICT system that is the subject of the procurement is composed of the following: A. ITS Systems 1. ITS for Public Transport: - 11 pcs. Passenger information systems in 11 bus stations, including ensuring electricity supply, connection to the data communications network, installation and commissioning with Licenses and training services; - 20 pcs. Passenger information systems in 20 buses, including installation and commissioning with Licenses and training services; - 11 pcs. Video monitoring systems in 11 bus stops, incl. including providing power supply, connection to the data communications network, installation and commissioning with Licenses and training services; - 20 pcs. Video monitoring systems in 20 buses, incl. installation and commissioning with Licenses and training services; - 1 Video dispatching system, incl. installation and commissioning with Licenses and training services; - 75 pcs. ITS systems for prioritizing public transport and AVL on-board component (ITS Computer - OBU), incl. installation and commissioning, with Licenses and training services. 2. ITS for parking management: - 1 Intelligent parking management and charging system (components: parking space management, user account management, payments and charging, integration with other systems and data exchange), incl., ensuring electricity supply, connection to the data communications network, installation and commissioning with Licenses and training services; - 3 pcs. Access control and information system, incl. ensuring electricity supply, connection to the data communications network, installation and commissioning with Licenses and training services; - 1 functional system for sanctioning contraventions. 3. ITS for traffic management: - 20 pcs. Public transport prioritization systems at intersections - ground comp., incl. ensuring electricity supply, connection to the data communications network, installation and commissioning with Licenses and training services; - 83 pcs. Video traffic monitoring systems, incl. ensuring power supply, connection to the data communications network, installation and commissioning with Licenses and training services. B. ICT systems - 1 Public spaces surveillance system - real-time monitoring center component, incl. installation and commissioning with Licenses and training services; - 50 pcs. Public spaces surveillance systems - video cameras, incl. ensuring power supply,connection to the data communications network, assembly and commissioning with Licenses and training services; - 3 pcs. Electronic citizen information panels, including ensuring electricity supply, connection to the data communications network, assembly and commissioning with Licenses and training services. Works to ensure electricity supply (connection to the network or alternative sources, ensuring continuity of supply and 24/7 operation of equipment) and communications, as well as installation of supporting elements, where they do not exist (poles), including technical and economic documentation for the works related to DTAC, DTOE and PT and obtaining AC.
