Detailed Description	Framework agreement for online card payment operator services Framework agreement for online card payment operator services in accordance with the requirements of the specifications. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 2,000 lei and 10,000 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification within the period provided for in section I.3, respectively 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, when the procedure is an online open tender, with the conclusion of a framework agreement for four years. The frequency of concluding subsequent contracts is a minimum of 2 subsequent contracts per year, within the limits of the needs of the Contracting Authority and the approved budgetary funds. The maximum value of the subsequent contract is 2,500 lei excluding VAT and the minimum estimated value of the subsequent contract is 500 lei excluding VAT.
