1. The contract covers the delivery of hardware and software, as well as installation and configuration services, necessary to implement a queuing system at the Multi-Specialty Municipal Hospital and the SPZOZ Care and Treatment Facility in Poznań, including integration with the Ordering Party's medical system. The system will streamline patient care through registration, assignment to the appropriate queue, and routing patients to appropriate stations while maintaining their queue numbers. The system will support facility staff in patient care, including those with special needs (e.g., wheelchair users, visually impaired, and hearing impaired), and manage traffic in the most patient-friendly manner possible. The order covers the implementation of the following tasks: 1) Ticket machine/Info kiosk with keyboard (horizontal screen) – 5 pcs. 2) Ticket machine/Info kiosk (vertical screen) – 2 pcs. 3) 10” office/station monitor – 22 pcs. 4) 15” office/station monitor – 31 pcs. 5) Network switch - 2 pcs. 6) Inductive loop in the registration desk – 8 pcs. 7) License for the queuing system with a mobile application integrated with the medical system owned by the Ordering Party 8) License for the electronic hospital map module 9) Provision of service care with author’s supervision 10) Execution of power and LAN cabling to the installation locations of the queuing system devices 2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix No. 9 (Description of the subject of the order) to the SWZ, which constitutes an integral part thereof.
