Title : Full-scale operation support for ticket vending machines
Description: Support for the operation of JKA (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-TVM) type ticket vending machines at L3 level, warranty repair of JKA 4-5-6-7. The task of the Winning Bidder is to operate them, depending on the number of JKAs covered by the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, as follows: 1. performance of operational service tasks, the consideration for which is the monthly operating fee offered in the public procurement procedure (HUF /Operating JKA/month), and 2. other service tasks, which are ordered on an individual order basis at the request of the Customer. More information can be found in the technical description, which is part of the public procurement documentation and published at the same time! Documents to be attached when concluding the contract: - The successful bidder must have a valid certificate for the repair and servicing of vending machines according to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards or equivalent, issued by an organization registered in any member state of the European Union, no later than the date of conclusion of the contract and during performance. - The successful bidder must have general and service liability insurance to compensate for damages related to or resulting from its activities, the amount of which is at least HUF 100 million/year and at least HUF 50 million/damage event. The successful bidder must maintain the liability insurance for the entire duration of the contract. The insurance must be concluded or extended no later than the date of conclusion of the contract. - The Winning Bidder must submit manufacturer's declarations upon conclusion of the Contract: - A manufacturer's declaration of parts supply issued to the Bidder for the main components (banknote handler; coin handler; printer; POS terminal, cabinet controller) required for operation and for this procurement procedure, in which the manufacturer of the device (or its representative) declares that, in the event of the Bidder being awarded the contract, it will ensure the Bidder's continuous supply of parts for the devices, as well as the support required for hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as development and integration services, at least for the duration of the contract. - The Winning Bidder must submit the following documents upon conclusion of the Contract: a supporting declaration issued by the manufacturer of the device (or its official representative), in which the manufacturer (or its representative) undertakes to support the Bidder in performing (or starting) maintenance, troubleshooting and other operational tasks required for operation, and to provide the Bidder with the necessary information, documentation, software and hardware support.
